Our skilled technicians are licensed, uniformed, and background/drug tested to ensure the safety of our customers and their family.
Before proceeding with a repair, we will provide a written estimate to avoid unexpected invoice. We only use OEM parts from manufacturer-authorized suppliers and warranty our work for 12 months. Our customers service representatives can schedule services by phone during business hours or you can book online 24/7 and pick the day and time that fit your schedule.
Transparent Pricing
We have a trip fee of $89 plus tax. That covers a technician coming to your house/business and diagnosing the problem with the appliance. Once the diagnostic is done, the technician will provide a written estimate for the repair. If the estimate is approved, the trip fee is waived.
Quick & Efficient
We carry parts in our vans to reduce the turnaround time for each repair. If we do not have the part needed in stock, it usually takes 2-3 business days to get it and return to complete the repair.
Parts & Labor Warranty
We only use OEM parts and provide a year of warranty for the part used and the labor you paid for the job.
Factory Authorized Servicer
As a factory-authorized service company for manufacturers such as Bosch, Thermador, Liebherr, LG, and more, our technicians are regularly trained and have access to service bulletins, technical data, and support.
